Nurse Advice Line​
- Provides support and guidance for any non-emergency advice by assessing and triaging symptoms; offering care advice and referrals by educating clients on healthcare options. The Nurse Advice Line is confidential protecting the patients privacy per HIPPA. The Nurse Advice Line is available on weekdays from 9am-6pm.

Housing and Placement
- Support clients in staying at home when possible
- Assistance with appropriate housing placement
- Guidance for transitioning to or from retirement or nursing care facilities

Meet Our Expert
Pam Knepp, founder of Family Friend Care Management, brings over 28 years of nursing experience in Northeast Georgia. After witnessing the challenges her late husband faced during his cancer battle, Pam recognized a crucial gap in healthcare—patients often lacked an advocate to ensure their best interests in care planning. Driven by this insight, she established Family Friend Care Management to provide the compassionate, informed support she saw was missing. Pam's mission is to empower individuals and families to navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and clarity, always prioritizing the patient’s well-being.
